October 18, 2010- Exercise, the Antidote to Stress!

Whether is is downward facing dogs, after work training sessions, early morning runs, midday walks, soul sought surf sessions, or that one Zumba class you love so much, the only thing that matters is that you are having fun and knowing that you are doing good for the body.

Get out there, maintain purity in mind and body with fun, enjoyable movements!
