August 13, 2010- Lucky Friday!

Happy Friday!

Do you ever feel as if you are trying to fill a void? Spinning, falling, unable to grab on, just looking to feel grounded, you search for a quiet place.

The Facts:
How do you feel after a good workout?
How do you feel after you eat something you know you shouldn't?
How do you feel falling asleep at night knowing you ate good/clean all day?
How miserable are hangovers versus a great night sleep and an early Saturday workout knowing you have the whole day to play with your friends and family?

Treating yourself with respect equates to a better life.

The decision to skip the booze, say no to the dessert, passing on the late night out when you have had a long week is ok! In FACT, it is great. You are giving yourself the opportunity to have an amazing weekend and stay true to your highest priority: your self!

I condone having a great life while having fun at the same time. Try to give yourself the opportunity to feel good in the morning when you wake up, alive and well. Feel great when you're choosing your outfit to go out that night. Be worry-free when you look in the mirror.

Every small decision you make actually IS the end result. It IS the bikini that fits, the six pack, the limber joints, the bag-less eyes, the bright attitude, the energy you long for. The small decisions are your opportunity to take your life in whatever direction you desire.

I hope you all have an amazing weekend knowing that you can change at any moment and commit yourself at any time. BE HAPPY NOW :)Try making every small decision in light of yourself.

August 3, 2010- The Commitment

Here it is- The Commitment.

This is not just a commitment to your health for the next 30 days. This is a commitment to a better life, more energy, less guilt, more freedom, more experiences, more laughter, giving your body the foundation so that the mind can be free to create, to learn, to explore. This is a commitment to YOU, for YOU with the support of me and all that decide to take this adventure with you.

The Commitment can be started at any time. I ask that you complete all 30 days. I also ask that you look to this as an adventure, as something new to try, as a way to let go to what you thought and accept you have more to learn. Just know that this commitment to yourself is also a commitment to everyone around you. Your strength will not only help give you wisdom to take on, but will help everyone else feel empowered and supported. I thank you for your commitment!
